2.Features:
(1). Using world famous brand semi-hermetic screw compressor- from Germany and Handbell from Taiwan.
(2).Each screw compressor with 4 steps of energy control 25%-50%-75%-100% to make sure the whole screw chiller is stable and guarantee high refrigeration performance. There are also 2 or 3 compressors for optional depends on the required refrigeration capacity.
(3).Highly efficient closed loop shell and tube type heat exchanger as the evaporator, and using air cooled type condenser-Copper tube sleeve aluminum fin with big volume air cooling fan.
(4)Integrated PLC control system with human-computer interface and big LED touch screen panel for easy operation and troubleshooting.
(5).World famous refrigeration spare parts like Danfoss brand thermal expansion valve, Alco dryer filter, Schneider electrical contactor, and overload relay will make sure the whole air cooled screw chiller works under normal conditions.

3. Control System
(1). SIMENS PLC control system, R485 OR Ethernet Connection support.

4.Compressor
(1). Air cooled screw chiller can make with one compressor system, also can make to two compressor system; more energy saving, and conveneint for mainteance.
(2). 25%~50%~75%`100% energy control, when temperature to the temperature set point, it will unloading, when water become warmer, compressor start loading automatic.
(3). , Hanbell, Refcom, etc brand optional, Quality first, Service first.
5.Evaporator( Heat Exchanger)
(1). Shell and tube type; copper pipe working with refrigerant, and the shell is working with cold water which is supply to user. (2). Inlet and outlet diameter: DN 80
(3).Connection with Flange, ASME standard optional.
(4). 2.5cm Heat preservation cotton protect, make sure it heat exchange efficiency.
(5).Flow rate meter and temperature sensor.
6.Condenser
The condenser is used to lower the temperature of the refrigerant below the saturated condensing temperature, which enhances the
refrigeration effect and improves system capacity eventually.
