Product Description:
The box type water cooled chillers is an automatic integrated product. Customers only need to touch the controller button, the chiller can run automatically, the whole process can unattended.
The water cooled chillers built-in compressor and a chilled water circulating pumps. The chilled water pump send cold water to the user's equipment to cool down the equipment. then the warmer circulating water returns to the chiller for cooling. Water chiller condenser will connect with a cooling tower to bring out the system heat through a cooling water pump.
Compressor: It adopt the world famous brand hermetic scroll type compressor, which can saving 20-30% energy than the reciprocating compressor. It's running more stably, reliably, with high efficiency, fewer failures, less vibration, lower noise and easy maintenance. The compressors can automatically running alternately according to the load change, to balance the running speed of each compressor, and greatly extend the service life of the chiller.
Evaporator: It adopts internal and external threaded tubes, the inner surface of the copper tube is threaded and surface is smooth, the cooling efficiency is higher. The outside of the evaporator is insulated with 25mm thick PE insulation board, no condensation, and small loss of cooling capacity.
Condenser: equipped with high-efficiency transverse slit fins and internal threaded copper tubes, with high heat exchange efficiency and good stability.
Protection System: temperature control switch, high and low pressure switch, overload protection, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector and abnormal indicator light.
Micro-Computer control system: TAICH has developed a highly intelligent PLC and PC-level computer control system, which can be used for remote monitoring and control. Simple operation, connect with power supply directly, with lower failure, and high safety factor, easy installation. User can set the parameter as real working need, intuitive and reliable.
Cabinet board: The chiller cabinet board adopt high precision-processed by CNC punching machine, with electrostatic powder baking paint, smart appearance, and good noise insulation effect.
